Before You Arrive
To help your visit run smoothly:
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure all forms are filled out properly.
Hydrate well (at least 1 liter of water) before body contouring sessions.
Avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior to treatment.
If you are a post-op client, please bring your discharge papers.
Always follow your surgeon’s specific instructions for pre- and post-operative care.
