Surgical Preparation
Pre-Operative Care Guide
A successful recovery begins before you even enter the operating room.
Preparing your body, environment, and support system in advance can help you feel more confident, comfortable, and prepared for the recovery process.
Why Preparation Matters
Thoughtful pre-operative preparation supports your body’s natural healing processes and helps you feel physically and emotionally ready for surgery.
Preparing ahead of time may help:
- Reduce unnecessary stress on the body
- Support lymphatic circulation and comfort
- Improve overall readiness for post-operative recovery
- Create a smoother transition into your recovery phase
This guide is intended to provide general wellness-focused preparation information only and does not replace instructions from your surgeon or medical provider.
